Our Warranty Policy

Our amber products are crafted with care and are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Every piece undergoes rigorous quality checks before we send it to you. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

Manufacturing defects may include clasp malfunctions or string breakage not caused by misuse or improper handling. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear. For our baby teething products, please ensure that tour baby does not bite or chew on the amber, and we strongly recommend that the items are worn only under direct supervision.

Our Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our beautiful jewellery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product to us within a 14-day window after receiving your parcel, or up to 30 days from your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product needs be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Due to Defective or Damaged Products

We are unfortunately not in control of postage, so if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at your preference. We may require photographic proof of the defect or damage.

Change of Mind

Please note that change-of-mind returns are accepted within the return period, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use. The reason it is important for the product to be unworn is that once the amber is worn, it begins to release natural oils onto the skin as well as coating and permanently changing the look of the amber. After this, we are unable to advertise this item as a new product or sell to another customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review and send you an email to confirm that your return is approved. The money will be immediately refunded to your original method of payment. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
